How to request deletion
Send an email to info@justicelawwins.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
In your message, include:
- Your name and a way for us to contact you.
- The email address or phone number used to communicate with us, if applicable.
- A brief description of the information or service involved, such as a website inquiry or WhatsApp conversation.
Please do not include passwords, government identification numbers, immigration records, or other sensitive documents in your initial request.
What happens next
We may need to verify your identity and your authority to request deletion before taking action. We will review the information involved and respond in accordance with applicable law and our professional obligations.
Information we may need to retain
Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal, ethical, regulatory, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or other applicable obligations. Where deletion is not permitted or appropriate, we will explain applicable limitations as appropriate. A deletion request does not automatically terminate legal representation or require destruction of a client matter file.
